At Capitol Roasters, we bring the best to you! We purchase the highest quality, raw Arabica coffee beans from the premier coffee regions of the world and roast them to our exacting standards. While we use our freshly roasted beans to make rich-brewed coffees and Italian-style espresso beverages on-site, we also offer a wide variety of whole beans for sale. Capitol Roasters’ whole bean selection includes beans roasted at a range of lighter and darker temperatures to meet the discriminating tastes of our clientele.

Custom Roasting...the ultimate in freshness & taste!

Did you know Capitol Roasters will custom roast virtually any bean, blend or special roast upon request by our customers? Here's how it works:

  • Select the bean or blend of beans you would like roasted (one pound minimum)
  • Choose your favorite roasting grade
  • Place your pre-paid order by the close of business Tuesday
  • Pick up your order anytime after 12:00 noon on Thursday
